Admin Mod V16

Version 16 is here. It may fix some possible crashes, although I never experienced the crashes myself so I cannot say. Also:
  • Added IgnoreIdleAdmins
  • Added IgnoreHighPingAdmins
  • Added LockedDefaultTeam
  • Added kick ac lockeddefaultteam
  • Balanceteams 'moved' message now correctly capitalised
  • Balanceteams tries to avoid choosing an admin to switch
  • Fixed kick ac forceleader
  • Fixed ForceLessLethalVIPKillers (I swear!)
  • More checking for out of date version message
